This notice explains how the OzOTC technology interface may handle information submitted through its public website, access channels and operational workspace. OzOTC is designed as a decentralized coordination layer; particular participants or service providers may separately determine how they process information within their own systems.
Information you provide
We may process contact details, access credentials, transaction instructions, counterparty references, support communications and files that you choose to provide. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases or unrelated identity information through public forms.
Operational and technical information
Systems may record access time, device and browser data, IP address, authentication events, request identifiers, security signals and service logs. This information is used to operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the interface.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide requested functionality, coordinate workflows, maintain records, respond to support requests, protect accounts, investigate misuse and meet requirements that apply to a specific participating service provider or transaction pathway.
Decentralized participants
An OTC workflow may involve independent counterparties, payment providers, wallet providers or other operators. Each participant may have its own privacy responsibilities and policies. OzOTC does not represent that one privacy policy controls every external rail.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for operational, security, dispute and applicable recordkeeping purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where technically possible and consistent with applicable operational obligations. Requests should identify the relevant account or workflow without including passwords or private keys.
